Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization number [RA#].  To obtain an Authorization number, please contact a Customer Service Agent.

If product is being returned by no fault of Crystal Clear Bags Canada Inc a 25% restock fee will be applied towards the credit and you are responsible for the return shipping charges and for ensuring the product is returned in good condition. We do not accept returned or exchange product over 90 days old.

All discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Claims

All delivery claims and return authorizations must be approved by a Crystal Clear Bags Canada Inc Customer Service Representative. In the event that Crystal Clear Bags has made an order error we will replace product and ship via ground transportation or a carrier of Crystal Clear Bags’ choice. Crystal Clear Bags is not responsible for expedited shipping in the event an order error has occurred. Damaged product should be made available or returned to Crystal Clear Bags upon request before credit is authorized and should only be discarded at Crystal Clear Bags’ request.

All original shipments are weighed and recorded for accuracy when shipped.  Phone conversations and written documentation are recorded and saved for quality assurance purposes.

Damaged or Missing Items Crystal Clear Bags recommends that our customers inspect orders for accuracy and damage within 48 hours. Claims for shipment damage should be made via the freight carrier according to policy. Customers must keep all original packaging while filing a claim.
