Backorders & Out-Of-Stocks
At Crystal Clear Bags Canada Inc., we make every effort to fill your order as quickly as possible. However, occasionally an item may be out of stock or back-ordered. In these cases, we will not fill the order unless we have received specific instructions from you to do so. We will also only fill the order if the expected arrival date of the backorder is less than 30 days from the date of the original order. If an item you've ordered is out-of-stock or back-ordered, one of our team members will inform you of the situation and provide you with the options available. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide free shipping on backorders due to increased costs out of our control. Applicable shipping will be charged to both the original order and any requested backorder by the method requested by the customer.
Each of our shipments is weighed and recorded for accuracy when it is shipped. We save phone conversations and written documentation for quality assurance purposes. This helps us ensure that our customers always receive the best possible service.
