Eco Clear Side Gusset Bags are a premium gusset bag option that is commercially compostable. Use these heat sealable and food safe bags to package dry goods such as birdseed, crackers and dried herbs. These high clarity bags offer optimal visual presentation.

PLEASE NOTE: PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) is an excellent film for food packaging. PLA film barrier is generally too high for direct use with extended shelf life applications requiring respiration. Products composed with a strong odor base may not be suited for PLA. Also, some water-based products may not be well-suited for PLA since the water can evaporate over time, altering the packaging composition.

We recommend that all of our customers test their products in PLA bags prior to sending them to market. Storage of these bags is recommended at room temperature away from heat, light and humidity.
