PLEASE NOTE: Cellulose is an excellent film for food packaging. Best used for dry goods such as baked goods, confections, granola, dried fruit and nuts. Cellulose film barrier is generally too high for direct use with extended shelf life applications requiring respiration. Products composed with a strong odour base may not be suited for use with cellulose products. Also, some water-based products may not be well-suited for cellulose bags since the water can evaporate over time, altering the product’s composition.

We recommend that all of our customers test their products in cellulose bags prior to sending them to market. Storage of these bags is recommended at room temperature away from heat, light and humidity.
