Crystal Clear Bags Canada COVID-19 Shipping Update ~ 06/24/20 

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, our delivery couriers have been experiencing delays and have halted their delivery standard guarantee. We at Crystal Clear Bags Canada will continue to do our best to service our customers the way we always have.

Our hearts go out to all of those who have been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety and health of our community, including our loyal customers and employees, is of utmost importance to us. 

We know that our customers rely on our operations and products to keep their businesses thriving. Our distribution centre is open at this time to provide you with the products and customer service that you have come to rely on.

We have implemented the recommended strategies outlined by the Government of Canada Health in the "Diseases and Conditions" section. We are emphasizing employees to stay home if sick, using respiratory etiquette, and appropriate hand hygiene. Where employees are able to work remotely, we are having them do so.  

Our local customers will not be able to pick up orders directly from our office, but we will continue to ship all orders received.  Our customer service representatives are available at regular hours Mon-Fri from 9 am to 4:30 pm at 1 888-436-6197, please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
